All TRAINEEs at UNITED embark on a journey that we hope will lead them to higher levels of effectiveness, usefulness, and even significance. Trainees are NOT simply left to "figure it out on their own". Trial and error will be a part of each trainee's growth for sure, but, UNITED will support that growth so that the right lessons are truly learned and understanding is achieved. Oh, and we aim to have a little fun along the way too.
